She started her career in steel and was first licensed as a PEng in Ontario, then headed cross-country to Vancouver where she made the switch to clean energy. One thing led to many other things and before she knew it, Caroline was a Certified Management Accountant.
Though fairly new to the electronics industry, Caroline brings both strategic direction and a love of the nuts & bolts to Creation’s Product Cost Engineering team. Give her a spreadsheet and just watch her eyes light up.
Outside work, Caroline loves to travel and finds herself most relaxed when sitting in a café in another part of the world just taking in the scenery. When close to home she tends to unload stress on her dog– he’s a great listener and has yet to provide bad (or any!) advice. Plus, they both benefit from the exercise and fresh air.
Hidden Talents?: I can touch type 60+ words/minute – does that count?
Lesser Known Fact: I am a big fan of European football.
Fantasy Title Role: Retired
Best Book Ever: I read a lot–mostly fiction. I think my favourite book in the last couple of years is Suite Française by Irène Némirovsky.
Hero: Former Auditor General Sheila Fraser is awesome.
